Meet The Ace

They call him the “Ace of Diamonds.” If you sit with him a moment you will agree. His calm demeanor and confidence radiates the objects of his passion…”Diamonds.”

Cliff Miller is the President/CEO of M.J. Christensen Diamond Centers. After a twenty-five year career with the A.A. Friedman Company based in Augusta, GA, Cliff purchased the oldest, most-respected jewelry stores in Las Vegas. With his passion and expertise for diamonds, he has guided the company through tremendous growth and positively impacted numerous community organizations such as Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Opportunity Village, and Child Focus.

“When I came here in 2000, we set about to re-establish the dominance of the brand in the valley,” said Cliff Miller, president and CEO of MJ  Christensen Diamond Centers. “We’re totally contained in the valley and we have a mission not to compete, but to offer alternative products.”

It’s no surprise that Miller is known around town as the “Ace of Diamonds.” “Our claim to fame is having the most intriguing designs and offerings in jewelry and diamonds possible in our category. We pride ourselves on being honest and reputable, and taking care of an individual?s jewelry, even if it’s not from us.”

Last year, we did over 26,000 repairs for local individuals. We’re very careful not to violate that bond of trust we have with consumers in the valley. We’re taking care of their treasures.

“For a lot of people, their jewelry is the most precious items they’ll have in their lifetime and we want to make sure everything is right.” Miller, whose wife, daughter, son and daughter-in-law are also part of the business, said he strives to maintain the close bond with the community that MJ Christensen started building close to 70 years ago.
